Main Responsibilities

- Cash-related activities: payment documents and bank transfer preparation; cash keeping and cash advance / reimbursement to employees; cash journal keeping and bank reconciliation.

- VAT invoices-related: issuance of VAT invoices; VAT invoices verification and purchasing through local Tax Bureau.

- Import / Export related: foreign currency verification through Foreign Exchange Bureau; tax refund application for export business (not a must but preferable).

- Control / supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

- Generate monthly financial statements & reports (supported by an external accounting firm at the initial stage).

- Monthly tax declaration (supported by an external accounting firm at the initial stage).

- Inventory management (supported by an internal colleague).

- Administrative issues management.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

- Financial / Accounting background.

- 2 years of experience in relevant field.

- Experience in a manufacturing company or a WFOE will be a plus.

- Knowledge of tax regulations.

- Experience of administrative activities will be a plus.

- High proficiency in MS Office as well as accounting software.

- Good English and Mandarin in both written and spoken forms.

- Spanish speaking will be a plus.

- High team spirit and commitment, systematic and target-oriented working style.

Main Responsibilities

- Work with China Manufacturing facilities to follow orders of specified product.

- Responsible for following up and confirmation of samples.

- Actively communicate with designers and suppliers to control the change of the order quantity, price, etc.

- Ability to assess factory capabilities to ensure they are capable of delivering products on time, to approve standards and at the agreed upon price.

- Ability to challenge Manufacturers on quotes by a clear understanding of component and packaging costs.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

- Bachelor degree or above, previous working experience in is a plus.

- Written and verbal Spanish, English fluent.

- Good interpersonal & communication skills, team-working ability.

- Well organized.

- Flexible and willing for travel.

- Conversant with typing and computer skills i.e. Word & Excel, photoshop and AI is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

- Follow-up orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

- Develop the products and ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements.

- Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production.

- Participate in price negotiation and liaison with vendors or suppliers.

- Responsible for working with our quality control.

- Develops and leads cross-divisional, cross-functional and cross region teams to achieve service and process improvement on efficiencies.

- Communicates effectively and timely to relevant working partners to enable decision making.

- Support General Manager to continuously develop ongoing construction of projects.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:

- Bachelor degree or above, 2 years or above working experience in merchandising, experience in managerial level is a plus.

- Proficient in spoken and written Spanish, fluent English is required.

- Result-oriented with good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.

- Problem-solving ability.

- Willing to work under pressure. Accept challenge and meet commitment and project deadline.

- Business maturity, acumen, and teamwork spirit. Flexible and willing for travel.
